One crew, start to finish
No subcontractor roulette. The same trained installers who start your shower are the ones who finish it.
How It Works
Remodeling shouldn't feel like a gamble. Here is every step we take — from the first phone call to the final rinse — so you know exactly what happens, who's in your home, and what it costs before we ever pick up a tool.

Why It Feels Easy
Homeowners tell us the same four things worry them. We built our whole process around removing them.
No subcontractor roulette. The same trained installers who start your shower are the ones who finish it.
You get a written, itemized quote at the design visit. No change-order surprises halfway through.
Floors covered, doorways sealed with dust barriers, debris hauled out the same day it comes off the wall.
A named project lead, a start date in writing, and a text at the end of every install day.
The Process
A design consultant comes to you — not a salesperson on commission. We measure the space, check the plumbing and framing behind the wall, ask how you actually use the bathroom, and talk honestly about what's possible in your budget. If a conversion isn't right for your home, we'll tell you.
We bring the samples to your bathroom, where the light is. Choose your wall pattern, glass style, hardware finish, niche placement, bench, and grab bars — and see them against your existing floor and vanity instead of guessing from a showroom.
You get one itemized price covering demo, haul-away, materials, plumbing, labor, permits where required, and cleanup — with your install dates on it. That number is what you pay. The only way it changes is if you ask for something different, and then you approve it in writing first.
Before anything comes off the wall, the crew lays runners from your door to the bathroom, tapes plastic barriers across the doorway, covers the vanity and toilet, and confirms the water shutoff. You'll meet your project lead and get their direct number.
The old tub or surround comes out, along with the failing backer board behind it. We inspect the studs and subfloor for hidden water damage and photograph anything we find before we cover it back up. Every piece of debris leaves in our truck the same day — nothing sits in your driveway.
The part you'll never see is the part that matters most: a fully sealed waterproof membrane, a properly sloped low-threshold base, and new valve and drain work by a licensed plumber. Then the grout-free wall panels go up — nothing to scrub, nothing to re-seal in five years.
Glass is set, fixtures go on, everything gets sealed and cleaned, and the floor protection comes up. Then we run the water with you standing there, check every corner together, and hand you your care instructions and lifetime manufacturer warranty*. We don't call it done — you do.
Project Types
Same seven steps either way — the difference is how many days we’re in your home and what leaves in the truck.
Project Type 01
The tub nobody has used in years comes out, and a bright, low-threshold walk-in shower goes in its place — same footprint, no reframing, no moving plumbing across the room. It's the fastest way to make a dated bathroom feel new and a whole lot safer to step into.
Project Type 02
Keeping the tub — for resale, for the kids, for the dog? We replace the tired surround, curtain rod and fixtures with a new tub, grout-free walls and a clean glass panel. Everything that makes the room look dated goes; the bathtub you still use stays.
Project Type 03
Update your existing walk-in shower with a new modern, elegant and sleak design with framless glass panels and new plumbing fixtures.
Install Day
No one wanders off at noon. Here's the rhythm of a typical install day, start to finish.
7:30 am
Runners down, dust barrier up, water located and shut off. A quick hello so you know who's in the house.
9:00 am
The loudest 90 minutes of the whole project — and the only part you'll really hear.
Midday
Base set, membrane sealed, plumbing roughed in and pressure-checked before anything closes up.
4:30 pm
Debris loaded out, floors vacuumed, and a photo text from your project lead showing where things stand.
Straight Answers
No. Most tub-to-shower conversions are done in three to five days, and a tub and shower upgrade is often one to three. Your toilet and sink stay usable except during short plumbing shutoffs, and we tell you the night before when those are.
Far less than people expect. We seal the doorway with a plastic dust barrier, run floor protection from the entry to the bathroom, and haul every piece of debris away the same day — there’s no dumpster on your driveway and nothing left in the garage.
Your written quote is the price you pay. If we uncover something genuinely hidden — old water damage in the framing, for instance — we stop, photograph it, show you, and give you a written option before any additional work happens. You always decide.
Only for two steps: the free consultation at the start and the walkthrough at the end. In between, plenty of homeowners hand us a key or a garage code and go to work. Your project lead texts you a photo update at the end of each day.
Yes. We’re licensed, bonded and insured in Arizona, all valve and drain work is performed by licensed plumbers, and we pull permits wherever your city requires them. Permit costs are included in your quote, not billed later.
Usually the next morning. Sealants need about 24 hours to fully cure, so we ask you to give it one night — then it’s yours, with care instructions and your lifetime manufacturer warranty* in hand.
